Various services and solutions can be applied to new ICT equipment before shipment.  Moncrieff’s Workshop Service is designed to ensure that ICT equipment is ready for work, adding value to the organisation quickly.

Services can be applied to “held stock” or on recently-procured equipment. Moncrieff is professional and flexible understanding organisations have both planned project and ad-hoc requirements.

Asset management

In addition to configuration services, Moncrieff maintains asset and configuration details for clients and provide scheduled reports to assist with asset management.

Server, storage and network configuration

By configuring server and storage equipment before delivery, Moncrieff validates the design configuration. Additionally, any Dead on Arrival (DOA) issues are identified and reconciled, ensuring a seamless transition when the technology is delivered to the client.

Additionally, the configuration of network equipment before delivery can significantly assist organisations with the rollout and provisioning of a new site without the requirement to send expensive field service engineers.
